Homemade Salsa
1 large can--Whole peeled tomatoes
1 to 2 jalapeno peppers
3 cloves garlic
1 medium yellow onion
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree. Simmer in a medium sauce pan for 20 minutes. Allow to cool. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Enjoy. "
